1992
Born Promo-Soft
Founded as an IT services company for Promofon’s Call Center. Its first project: automating the call center for the Barcelona Olympics and the city’s hotel association.
2000
New Direction
Sergio and Víctor Galino acquire Promo-Soft (although only Víctor takes on the management role).
The headquarters is established at C/Mallorca 75, Barcelona.
They start by offering web hosting and POP3/SMTP email services with Retevisión servers.
The company begins to gain its first clients.
2005
Growth and expansion
Promo-Soft relocates to C/ Bruc 16, Barcelona. A training center specialized in Novell is opened.
Sales of VMware Workstation and Server begin. Both the client portfolio and the employee team grow.
2009
New phase
Sergio Galino joins Promo-Soft as head of the new Software Development Department.
Two major clients adopt the GUC (Unified Contact Management) software.
Promo-Soft updates its corporate image.
2011
Born Innovatalk
Promo-Soft creates Innovatalk SL, a company specialized in IP telephony solutions.
2014
New location
Promo-Soft moves to its current location: Salvador Espriu 45, Local 7, Barcelona.
2016
Team growth and
Product Evolution
New programmers join the team. The design of several applications is improved, and the new web version of GUC is launched, along with a refreshed corporate image.
2020
Together in times of change
Promo-Soft enables remote work for all its clients.
It becomes an official partner of OVH and Veeam.
2022
Renewal
Promo-Soft updates its visual identity with a new logo.
Additionally, it becomes an official partner of Microsoft 365.
2025
Strategic Alliance with Xefi
Promo-Soft becomes a Xefi franchise, expanding its service offering and joining an international technology network.
